"Our winery does not use fining agents that contain [dairy] or shellfish (that sometimes can be used by wineries and found in certain wines), however, Raven Conspiracy is not designated or certified vegan.
"We don't use isinglass, eggs or casein but we do sometimes use gelatin in some of the white wines for clarity. Raven Conspiracy Deep Dark Red has had gum arabic added in the past to soften and round out the palate. Other additives that we use would be sulphites, yeast and nutrients, and sometimes citric or tataric acid if needed. This depends on the batch and the processing that is needed in the wine making process.
