"We do use some of those ingredients in a limited number of beers, our Summer Fetch uses honey and our Ice Cream Stout uses milk sugar called Lactose. Our filtration process does use a gelatin agent, but our brewer is currently in the process of going to filters rather than gelatin. Unfortunately, until we get to 100% filtration process, I would say that our products are not vegan friendly.... We are in the process of working towards [eliminating gelatin] now... we do have some beers that are already exclusively filtered, but it is hard to verify that with every keg since the brewer is still testing different size filters and doesn't consistently filter all beer."
