"There are no animal products used in the process of making Logan’s View wines. I had thought about using egg whites to soften the red wines but had a concern with allergies. No eggs, milk, fish or honey used. We sweeten our wines with cane sugar that we make into a simple syrup. I use benenite to clear my wines."
