"Our bier follows the Reinheitsgebot Bavarian Bier Purity Law of 1516, so we use ONLY water, hops, grain (barley, wheat) and yeast. We filter our bier using a centrifuge. So, there is no contact with or use of animal products in our bier-making process. We are also the sole manufacturing facility. Let me know if you have any other questions!"
