"I’ve found that three of our six wines that we are currently serving are unfined and vegan-friendly: our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc, 2006 Estate Zinfandel and 2006 Estate Syrah. Our other three wines, 05 Merlot and two Cabernet Sauvignons, do have some egg-white fining."
