"We don't use animal ingrédients or animal products for all our wines. We use natural yeast for fermentation and our wine is aged in oak barrel without adding any product. We only use bentonite for clarification, which is a type of clay and a small amount of sulphur before bottling. Our product is manufactured and bottled only in our cellar."
