"we don’t use animal products for filtration. One fining product we use is vegan friendly plant based material. Our other method is sheet filtration, which is also non-animal based. As for [gluten-free] beers, we do not brew them. All barley based beers contain gluten, the only non-barley product we serve is a cider. For your vegetarian’s in the group, all the beers we produce are 100% plant based minus the yeast."
