"All of the wines we produce under the Shannon Ridge Family of Wines are vegan friendly. This includes Shannon Ridge- High Elevation, Vigilance, Playtime, Cross Springs, and Dalliance brands.
"We do not use any animal protein fining or filtration agents. We do use a fining agent that is plant derived from a species of an acacia tree. We do produce our wines at other locations, however, they are all under our management and no animal proteins are used in the process."
