"In our brewing process we do not use any isinglass or gelatin. Most of our beers are unfiltered, so there are not additives. Malted barley, yeast, & hops. We do filter some of the beers with a pad type filter, I believe they are made of a perlite, cellulose & may contain some DE (diametacious earth)"
