"Our Vodka base in made in New Zealand from cows whey. The whey is a bi-product of the milk and cheese making process. Until our supplier started using their whey to make alcohol it is was disposed of. The whey is brewed and then distilled three times to complete the base. The base is then shipped to Australia where we filter it several times before blending it with pure Australian water to create Vodka O. All of ASM’s vodka products are derived from whey, however, whey is the only ingredient that we use that is derived from animals."
