"Easy one first, we only manufacture our beer here in San Diego. It’s not made anywhere else under license, contract or whatever. 100% of our production is in-house.
We do not use gelatin or isinglass finings in our beers. We use a vegan product called Bio-fine Clear – more info here.
The Zumbar Chocolate Coffee Imperial Stout does include Belgian Dark Chocolate. As far as the chocolate is concerned, I’ve taken a photo of the ingredients list. You will have to decide if this meets your criteria of not. [Editor's note: We reviewed the photo and the ingredients are all vegan]
Since the supplier won’t disclose more than what’s required on the label, this is all I have to go on."
