"We don't use ANY animal products in our wines. We rarely fine and when we do, we use bentonite which is a mineral. In fact the only wines that we filter (using paper filters) are our Chardonnay and the rare wines that we have to use bentonite to clarify them. Our reds are unfiltered and low in sulfites - old school. You can tell by the sediment that forms after a few years at the bottom of the bottles.
We produce and bottle all of our wines ourselves and certainly use no animal products in that process."
