[Translation from Alberto] "Our winemaker confirms that our cider is not clarified with egg or animal fat."
Note from Alberto: "They also told me that all natural ciders made in Asturias (Spain) are vegan. I called by telephone to other cider factory (Menéndez) and they told me exactly the same. The natural cider is not clarified and it’s made from 100% apple. Clearly, this drink is not clarified because in all the bottles , we can see residue on the bottom."
