Statement on company website (July 2014):
"All our Ciders and Perry are 100% full juice apart from the Repress and Berkshire Diamond, and none of our products are filtered, carbonated or pasteurised, they also contain NO sugar. The only additives are a small amount of sulphites to keep it fresh, and for the sweeter products a tiny amount of Sucralose. All the bottled products are bottle conditioned (which gives a nice sparkle). All our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and apart from the Mulled Cider (because of the spices) our products comply with CAMRA definition of REAL Cider and Perry."
