So there is no use of Egg whites, milk products or gelatine in any of the wines that we make. We also keep SO2 (Sulphur Dioxide) additions to a minimum." Company email (July 2012): "We don’t fine our wines with any protein fining agent, we just allow our wines to settle in tank to clarify them. So I guess that means all our wines qualify as vegan friendly wines." [Also] "the fortified wines are unfined."
