"Depending on the year and the wine, we do use isinglass and egg albumin in some of our wines. Our computer systems track all the additives used.
I have checked our Leconfield Cabernet Sauvignon and our records show that we have not used animal derived products in 2010, 2011 or our soon to be released 2012. 2010 may be difficult to find now."
