Company email (November 2013):
"My name is Keith and I'm a brewer at Rough Draft Brewing Company in San Diego, CA. I just wanted to add our beers to the "vegan friendly" list as we do not use animal products in our beers. We use biofine clear as a fining agent, which is silica based. Also, I'm Vegan!"
