Company email (February 2017):
"We are really excited and proud to share that we have 2 new canned products which I would love to be added to your site after we have had vegan society approval.
We have a pale dry hopped lager and also a dark stout... None of our bottles or cask are vegan friendly."

Note from Bones (March 2014):
"I recently discovered that some British brewers including Sadlers use outside bottling plants and these plants can use isinglass if they feel it is necessary to clear the beer... Sorry, but I've lost the email from Sadlers - it's the first time any of them have mentioned it, so I'm guessing they were probably unaware as well."

Note from Tony (November 2013):
"Some Sadlers bottled ales contain Honey!"

Ian adds:
"Further to this, Chris has informed me they will be bottling another of their range (Stumbling Badger) later in the year and it will be Vegan. Mud City Stout is very nice, but very strong at 6.6%, Thin Ice is 4.5%."

Company email:
"All our bottled Ales are Vegan-friendly.
We only use Isinglass finnings which are made from the swim bladder of a fish in our cask Ale available in Pubs."
