"All of our ciders are made by us, here on our farm. We do not add any animal ingredients as far as I know except for our spring Honey Meadow Seasonal cider which is sweetened with honey. I am copying our cider maker, Andrew, here so he can reply more thoughtfully about some of the fine points of filtration etc."
[Andrew] "Crystie is correct as far as added ingredients. From filtering we use nothing but cellulose in house and we are serviced by a filter company and they use plastic based filter cartridges. When I back sweeten it is with unrefined evaporated cane juice. So long as alcohol is considered vegan Finnriver ciders are too."
