Arthur's email (June 2022) re: 2019 Chapel Hill - The Parson Cabernet Sauvignon
"The label reads that is has been made “using processing aids that contain egg and milk products. Traces may remain."

Company email (October 2020)
"All of our wines are vegan friendly and are made without the use of any animal ingredients (such as milk/lactose/casein, eggs, cochineal, honey, animal-derived enzymes, etc) and there are also no animal products used in the processing/filtration of the product (such as isinglass, gelatin, etc). All of our wines are made on site at our McLaren Vale winery."

Louisa notes (May 2018) that The Parson Cabernet Sauvignon says it's vegan on the label.

Note from Tanysha (November 2014):
"These are all 100% vegan"

Company email (February 2014):
"All our wines are suitable for vegans"

Company email (September 2013):
"Although we don’t set out to make vegan-friendly wines due to our winemaking philosophy of minimal intervention they do fit that bill. The whites only use the free-run and very soft pressings so no fining agents are required. The reds are managed very gently to minimise any astringent tastes and then naturally clarify with time in barrel. The red wines are bottled without fining or filtration."
