"Our products are all manufactured on site. The only product that had animal products used in processing is the Merlot (4 egg whites as fining). All other products can be considered vegan. Fining (when used) is performed with bentonite clay. Sugar can be used in the processing of some wines. Potassium metabisulphite is used as a preservative and anti-oxidant. That pretty much my toolkit (besides yeast and yeast nutrient, again not animal based."
