Company email (April 2013): "Occasionally we will use egg-whites to fine red wines, but that is only as needed See above. I have not used isinglass, and gelatin has not been used for a long, long time. No, everything is grown, produced and bottled on our estate." Q: "Just to be a bit more precise: the Rosé and the whites are 100% vegan?" A: "All wines right now except for the Hawk Red!"
