"We do not only produce fruit wine. Our alfalfa wine is from a legume and rhubarb is actually classified as a vegetable! Only our mead has honey. Our other wines are a wild black cherry, saskatoon, apple, raspberry, and high bush cranberry.
For finning, we use bentonite.
Our only production facility is here on our property which is 90 miles east of Edmonton. We are Alberta's first and only organic winery and first meadery, having been established in 2005."
