"The rosscato and moscato have no fining agents in them, We try and rack the clean wine from the solids before bottling and then filter the wine through what we call a pad filter.. the pads are made from a cloth which catches any wine settlings..
I think technology these days has assisted winemakers to use other methods than egg or dairy products.."
