"Although we nave not used animal ingredients or products in recent years, we cannot easily make a list of Nissley wines that are without them. The main
reason is that we make many blends, and the blends can change with each new vintage. Some of the juice comes from sources other than our own vineyards, and those sources might use animal products.
There is currently a trend toward using a "juice flotation" method at harvest, which introduces gelatin to the juice. We plan to begin using this for our 2012 vintage.
In summary, although some of the wine we currently sell might be vegan friendly, it would be better to omit Nissley wine from your list, to avoid confusing your readers."
