"I found this local brand 'Zeppelin' at Riga Central Market. The owner was there and I was told this tincture is made by double distillation. The filtering is done with using of wooden charcoal. Most of the tinctures are made from berries's juice but one is made from horseradish and honey.
So vegan are currant (jāņogas) and cherry (ķirsis). There are more flavors but I don't know them :( "
