"Wanted a quick response, so had a phone conversation with the brewery rather than email - ciders are unfiltered, but they are pasteurised, they don't put any crap in their ciders and they are all good for vegetarians and vegans!
"The gent was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions, then told me he had to get back to making cider so I'm fairly confident that he knew the process!"
