Merridale Ciderworks Corp has some vegan options

Company email (January 2022): "All of our products are vegan with the exception of our Rhumbs (our take on Rum) which are made from caramelized honey and one of our ciders called cyser which is also made with honey. We let our ciders clear naturally rather then using products like isinglass or gelatin. All our products are produced and packaged here at the farm." Company email (February 2012): "None of our ciders contain any animal ingredients, except for the Cyser which contains honey. None of our ciders use any animal products in the processing or filtration. We do not add any fining agents to our cider and they are filtered with paper products."
