"According to an email with the head brewer, "All of our beers are vegan. For finings, we use Irish Moss/Carrageenan during the boil and Biofine Clear (silica gel based) post-fermentation.
The only thing currently on our menu that is not vegan is our non-alcoholic root beer, as it uses honey.""
