Julie notes (November 2018) "I recently contacted the brewery via Facebook in regards to their Pumpkinville Latte. I asked if it had lactose sugar in it. Sadly for me, the brewery responded that the beer * does * have lactose sugar in it." [We've reached out for more info] Company Email (circa 2009) "We use mostly traditional ingredients in our brews which would be Water, Malted Grains, Hops, and Yeast. In addition to this we occasionally use 100% pure real Fruit purees that have no additives, but are flash pasteurized. In addition to this we also age some of our beer on different wood such as oak or apple. During the brew process i also use a coagulant to help minimize haze forming proteins in the finished product. This Coagulant is a Carrageenan based product which is derived from seaweed. I believe that covers all the bases, if not please feel free to contact me again with further ?'s."
