"Croy bier wordt gebrouwen volgens Duits reinheitsgebot. Dit betekend dat er niets anders inzit dan water, mout, hop en gist. Bij de zwaardere bieren wordt wat suiker toegevoegd teneinde een hoger alcohol percentage te bereiken."
[Translation: "Croy beer is brewed according to the German 'reinheitsgebot'. This means that there is nothing else in it than water, malt, hops and yeast. With the heavier beers some sugar is added to achieve a higher alcohol percentage."]
