"None of the things he asked for are in our beers. Most are only barley, wheat, hops, yeast, and water. There is one beer (King) that uses dextrose but that’s a simple sugar. We don’t brew our beers specifically to be vegan but they may in fact end up being. We don’t use lactose which a lot of other people use. Can never guarantee 100% unless it’s built into our SOPs and processes, which would require a QC lab which we don’t have."
