Please add our tiny li’l brewery to your list. Steffan’s Aldergrove Brewery never has and never will ever use gelatin, isinglass, bone char or any other kind of animal-derived clarifying agent in our beer. All that goes into it is good ol’ malted barley, hops, deep-well water, yeast and to help clear things in the kettle: irish moss, which is ground and dried kelp.
Our distribution area is quite small. We distribute to commercial retail locations in King, Snohomish and Skagit counties in the State of Washington, USA.
