"We are really almost 100% vegan-friendly. We never use isinglass or gelatin finings, and all of the beers we are currently selling are completely vegan friendly, but one time we fermented a batch of beer using lactobacillus (a bacterial culture) that we propagated from yogurt. The yogurt itself didn't go into the beer, but it was used in the process and I suppose there's a chance that some minute part of it made it into the finished product.
So, to put a very fine point on it, we've now released 8 beers, 7 of which are 100% vegan-friendly. Dageraad De Witte is the only exception."
