"We currently do use gelatin to clarify our beer. We used a non-animal based clarifying agent for the majority of our operations but we were finding it unable to keep up with the pace we needed to push beer out. We are actively looking to find a better solution that remains vegan friendly.
We will have a summer seasonal that won't use any clarifying agents. Our BerlinnerWeisse will be completely vegan friendly when it comes out, which should be sometime in June."
