"As with most craft breweries, we use only malt, water, hops, and yeast to produce our beers. We do also use red and black raspberries to make our Wild Raspberry Ale. We do not use isinglass or gelatin to clarify our beers, but we do use Diatomatious Earth for filtration and we use Irish Moss for clarification in the brew kettle."
