Company email (January 2012): "We use honey occasionally. I didn't use it in any brews last year. It is usually a spur of the moment opportunity. We post beer descriptions of all our beers we offer and people would be able to make their choice from that. No milk or eggs are added to our beers. To clarify us to you a little better, we are a brew pub. In Minnesota we can not sell beer outside of our restaurant in liquor stores. People can ask any of our staff about concerns they may have about our on premise made beers. We may use honey in a beer or two this year, but as of right now we have no plans to do so." Company email (January 2012): "Sorry, we do occasionally use honey."
