"Our beers are usually sent out containing isinglass finings. Our bottles are filtered so technically they have had finings used but they are then filtered out. If however you wanted to buy draught product I would be more than happy to send you some unfined. This would make no difference to the drinking quality of the beer but under close scrutiny the beer would look slightly hazy. To be honest though black knight, as its name suggests is black you probably would not notice. No other products are used in the manufacture of our beers other than water , malt , hops and yeast. Our yeast is a non gm brewing yeast."
