Hi, Andrew. Thank you for contacting Columbia Crest. The following information is what our winemaker has provided us.
Two Vines - Fined and filtered to accent fruit quality (have to filter to remove solids).
Grand Estates - Minimal filtration, minimal fining.
Reserves - Lightly filtered when needed, egg white fining as needed.
