We do try to avoid the animal by-products as much as possible, yet we cannot guarantee that to a very minimal extend such products are being used in preparing the wines for Blue Nun. We do work with a number of contracted vintners and at the present moment, not all of them are technically able to avoid the usage of these products in the filtration process of the white wine. It will remain our aim to be able to renounce usage in the future, but presently it is not 100% achieved yet.
