"We do fine our reds with egg white, so this may disqualify us as vegan. I don’t know how you classify yeast, but all wine is made with yeast, natural or not. And you will find almost all reds are fined with egg whites. However our whites are not fined with egg whites. Other than SO2, we don’t make any additions that are animal based."
