"Our wines are not vegan. Similar to most wineries, we sometimes use trace amounts of isinglass to help remove sediment and other particles that naturally occur during our fermentation process. When needed, the isinglass helps us carefully filter and clarify our wines without stripping the natural color of our wine to ensure a premium and quality experience.”
