"We use milk protein and/or fish proteins to fine most of our white wines, and egg proteins occasionally on red wines. Although we have recently started to trial some alternatives such as pea and potato derived fining agents, at this stage we would not be replacing milk and fish fining en masse with the vegan friendly products, although this may change down the track."
