"I’m happy to say you that our cellar we make some Vegan red wines in Switzerland... For your information, we have request the V-Label certification for almost all red wine we make :
Pinot Noir
Gamay
Humagne Rouge
Syrah
Cornalin
Arabesque (3 grape varieties)
Austral (3 grape varieties)
But all red-wine are make like Vegan directories.
All red wine we make, we use the E414 additif, right sugar, no eggs, etc…
All white wine we make, the oenolog use some animal matter at the end (flottage- and can’t explain this word in english). Actually we make only red vegan wines because my directors want to see if we sell enought wine with this label before to spend the V-Label for white wines.
I’m very sorry, my english is too bad to explain exactly when the oenolog use animal matter, and how we can replace this animal matter (by potatoes juice)."
