"Hello Markus, we have used egg whites in some of our red wines from year to year. It's not something we add to all of the red wines but in a case by case basis (as needed). No other animal products are used during filtration. Over 97% of our wines are made within our facility. We purchase a small fraction of bulk wine from other wineries in some years. "
