"We trial finings on all of our wines and usually this is in the form of skim milk and isinglass on whites and eggwhite on reds. The rule is fairly basic. If it makes the wine taste better, we use it. If it doesn’t we don’t. Most wines get a fining addition, though our rates are much lower than what most winemakers use. Unfortunately none of the current releases are fining free and therefore they are not suitable for vegans. Sorry we couldn’t offer better news."
