"In general we use bentonite clay for fining. However, once in a while we may use egg whites. It's difficult to pinpoint which was used when. Please let us know if you need any further information."

"I spoke with the winemaker and zero of our wines are vegan friendly. He mentioned that Frey Vineyards has gotten to the point that all of their wines are vegan. And he added that he believes that Randall Grahm of Bonny Doon has started a vegan-friendly label. Hope this helps!"
