"I’ve been talking to our winemakers and I’ve been told that here in the winery we don’t use any kind of animal products during the winemaking process.
The only products we use during the clarification are:
PVPP: to avoid the colour evolution, PVPP (a polymer) is added to the wine which reacts with the unstable colouring matter
Bentonite: bentonite (clay) is added. The bentonite has the capacity of joining itself to the proteins."
