We don't use any animal products or other protein-based fining agents at this time. Should we do so in the future, we would consider adding a note on the label. In fact, Canadian regulations will require us to do so in the not too distant future with respect to consumers who may have allergic conditions to these products. A friend of mine has pointed out that some of our grapes do end up having wasps, fruit flies, earwigs, and other crawlies inadvertently included in the ferment. While we handpick all our grapes, machine-picked grapes sometimes include birds. Not sure how this effects the eligibility of wine in a vegan diet. We don't license to any other entity to produce our products.
