"Our wines are considered vegan, we had previously used a protein casing which was derived from milk to cut the bitterness on some of our wines, we now use a vegetable derived casing."

"We use casein (milk protein) as a fining agent in our white wines, though this is all removed later in the process with bentonite and micro filtration. Our red wines, however, have not had fining of any sort since the ’07 vintage.
All product is made on site by us, we have no outside wine made."
